Three- in-one is not only for coffee.
Last Sunday afternoon, July 5th, three activities were simultaneously held at Digos City Foursquare Gospel Church, to wit: Teachers’ Seminar-Workshop, Sunday School Teachers’ Meeting and Basketball Tournament.
This was participated in by the volunteers for the children’s ministry in the different centers. Let me enumerate those who attended: Ruvy Jane Baguio, Rissa Ruth Apo, Joy Grande, Hannahshie Apo, James Jarabe, Wilnor Lascuña, Sarah del Mundo, Gladys Fampulme, Maria Fampulme and Ptra. Tata Alarcon. Sunday School teachers also attended the first session of the seminar.
Ptra. Delia Bohol was the speaker of the first session which started at 1:30 PM. She talked about the integrity of a Christian teacher.
Ate Rose Lascuña, a pre-school teacher at the Ramon Magsaysay Central Elementary School and our church mate was our speaker in the second session. She taught us on how to make colorful visual aids.
Sunday School Teachers’ Meeting
In the second session, Sunday School teachers in the adult department gathered at the right side of the church. Ptra. Bohol shared some inputs for them about the lessons to be tackled during sunday school.
While we were busy preparing our visual aids, the FY men were also having their first basketball tournament in front of the church. There were also non-members of the church who joined in each team. They had only one basketball ring.
